
Intuitive yoga
Intuitive yoga is a modern ‘nowadays’ yoga form. The difference with the ‘normal’ yoga is intuition. It is about opening yourself and feeling and not trying to achieve something in particular. It is not only about letting tension go but it is a step further. Intuitive goes beyond thinking. By allowing this intuitive energy, essential things in yourself are touched and processes of changes are started, or differently said: inner growth is commencing.
Practically we do exercises from the ‘normal’ (Hatha) yoga with much attention and directions for relaxation and breathing. It is not about limberness, but about energy flow, which can be experienced by yourself. We frequently start the lessons with a very simple dance or some voice exercises.
