Zen meditation in essence,
is to sit down with all heart and soul
Have you ever asked yourself what it would be like without that constant stream of thoughts flooding through you? Or did you ever search for your true inner self? Zen meditation originally is an old Chinese method to rediscover your way to your self. Following body and mind in a deep rest and trust, in order to be here and now. Everyone able to sit down can practice this old spiritual tradition.
In the great world traditions spirituality is stimulated through meditation and contemplation. Zen meditation is a tested method which for many centuries has been used by thousands to get to the deeper layers of the conscience. The search for answers on fundamental questions of life has proven that these techniques give an answer beyond that which can be expressed by words.
Zen meditation is one of the methods that want to experience directly the deepest forms of conscience. Zen tries to point directly to the root of our conscience, bearing in mind the quote of a famous Zen master: ‘When I point at the moon, look at the moon, and not at my finger´.
